I’m so glad this couple has grown rather than stay irritating and uncommunicative. A lot of fanfics rely on angst from assumptions and though it started off like that, they worked through it.

When I read the summary and first bit, I thought the story would start with the auction... That she would bid for him half-jokingly and end up winning him, so they would have to spend an evening together and it would progress from there. Anyway, still nice smut.

This story was utterly adorable thanks for writing it. I loved the details about the birthday cake and Stephen Granger in the chef hat and how you had them reve the relationship. The lemons were utterly perfect and I really chuckled at the auction.
