I thought Yuki is referring to Shuichi, but somewhere in the middle of the story the idea began to bug me: there's something else to the referring. And, I was right. *is proud of herself*

You know how when you are reading, you are sort of just reading. You're not doing anything else, and it's almost routine. But then when I read that last line, I couldn't help but smile a bit. You could tell the whole way that he was talking abut Shuichi, but that last line just closed it. It was really nice.
