IMO, this story is compelling, but by no means finished in any satisfactory manner, at least not for me. Sure, she is safe for now, what is her future with NCIS, within the context of this story? And her relationship with McGee is by no means repaired. She achieved freedom, but perhaps at the cost of a once-trusting friend. Aggh! I need closure. :)

That was sweet. I'm not really into Ziva/McGee (like, my lowest Ziva pairing besides Ducky) but I really liked the friendship idea and McGee with his arm flinging in bed.

But Ziva with shorter RED hair? Can't picture it.

that was such a great fic! short but that worked for it! hard to imagine ziva looking scottish, hehe.

cool ive had this on my saved folder for a while and have been meaning to read it, i liked it.

You know, I keep finding myself coming back to this and reading just this last chapter when I really want something good. I just recced this over at a livejournal community, so I hope some folks out there see it and read it & give you some more reviews, because this totally deserves it. :) I still cry when I read this last chapter. :)
