WOW...I'm absolutely floored by your writing! You captured the essence of all the characters perfectly. I almost cried when it turned out Bastila was the traitor, even though when playing the game I just wanted to smack that self-rightous look off her face. It's too bad she had to die, but I really hope they find Revan and bring her back to Carth. Love, love, loved it.

I love, love, love this story. My only qualm is the bit where they were checking to see if Jennet had 'Mandalrian blood'. During this period, most Mandalorian are adopted and/or the descendants of adopted sentients from worlds around the Mandalorian sector, mostly humans (such as Mira) and also several Twi'leks (such a Xor), and Rodians. There is a 'Mandalorian species' called the Tuang that is nearing the brink of extinction during this time period, but Canderous is fully human, as is pretty much every other person in the camp on Dxun.

Sorry to nitpick and I really don't want you to think this detracts all that much from the story. It doesn't. It's going on my favorite list. I'm just kind of a Mando lover and since they featured so heavily in this story (and the sequel) I felt the need to say something. Other than that your Mandalorians are very believable and suitably kick ss.

Okay, I'm going to give a review now even though I'm not close to being done with your story just because I don't want to forget anything. I fell out of the fandom right as you went on your short hiatus and never got to finish this.

First off I love the characterizations of Canderous and Jennet. You do a good job of showing their flaws and made them very likable characters as this chapter does a great job of illustrating. Canderous does seem a bit fluffy at times compared to how he's portrayed in the games, but imo you've made this very believable. Just when they seem to edge to Sue-ism you bring them back to reality.

Now I must gush and say I absolutely love this story from the first chapter. Unfortunately... Jennet has wormed her was into my story for Kotor, honestly I can't see Canderous with anyone else and it be as close a fit. In my mind she's almost become part of the official storyline! I don't think I could ever write a Canderous romance because of this (not that i've had any plot gizkas for one) because he's Jennet's. Weird, no?

I totally just ran across this on another site and reviewed it there, but I decided to toss in a "good job" over here, too.

Y'know... I'm sure Jennet trips the Mary-Sue-O-Meter, but I like her too damn much to care. I can't believe you wrote 76 chapters so quicky, and all of them good! (Stupid Sith, have they no respect for the sanctity of marriage?) And you wrote a semi-sequel. This is good. My only hang-up was that of a nerd who is willing to jump on innacuraccies, and even then I got over it, because you kept everything consistent, and it /worked/. 10 cool points for style!
