Great story!

While we have electricity in our house, it doesn't have any heat other than a wood stove, so I know about waking up to a cold house. Since winters here aren't that bad, nobody normally makes a fire in the morning before everyone gets up, however my dad normally makes a fire in the evening to warm the house, and he doesn't get thanked often either. Wonderful story, and a great reminder to thank people for the little things.

A nice little look into Rodney & Zeleka's poor, poor none-ish sleeping lives. Loved it and the comparision that was made between what Radek's father did for his family and what Rodney does for his.

i like it that dr z is write about stuff like when mcakay didn't go to his hydroplane 1st like he said and it shows that mcaky is just real mean for no reson and it makes me mad cuz i like dr z and i dont think i like this story mostly cuz it didnt have sheppard in it

I don' tthink i like this story cuz i dont like it wen mkkay is smarther than Dr Z cux dr z is alwsy smarter then mcckay and i no cuz thats what they do on the show cuz dr z is always write when there is stuff wrong and now mcckay is being mean for no good reson and he is always so mean i dont no why no one likes him

Nottasha, I love your stories and I've been a fan since you began writing M7. But I'm an engineer and the phrase is "reverse engineer," not "backward engineer." I groaned aloud when I read that. Just a little terminology feedback from a big fan.

Another stellar chapter. It's not often that we are treated to a story told from Radek's POV. Enjoyed the banter between Rodney and Radek. They play well off of each other. Actually I don't think there is a character that doesn't play off Rodney well. He's like the perfect party mixer. Just add an oz of Rodney and stir. Do hope Radek takes care of his freak clown hair soon. Wonderful job on bringing the hydroponics bay to life. Did Radek ever get the lights working?

Nice opening. Love Radek's POV. Radek sadly enough is often an unsung hero.
