WTF THE STORY WAS GOING SO WELL AND THEN U HAVE WINRY DIE. THAT WAS COMPLETELY OUTA LEFT FIELD THERE WERENT EVEN ANYTHING CLUING TO HER DEATH NO SICKNESS OR SMALL PAINS NOTHING SHE JUST DROPPED DEAD

This story does not make fucking sense. And honestly, if your going to write a tragedy, at least have the decency to mark the story as a tragedy before we get to the end.

All in all, it has a lot of potential, but you ruined it with poor plotting. There was no character progression or lesson learned. The Fullmetal alchemist I know learned from his experiences.

There is also the presence of a lot of characters characters who are there only to drive plot forward. They do not have an impact on the protagonists, and as such are empty elements.
