First,I'd like to introduce(reintroduce) myself. My name is MyOwnHorn2. Though I'm new to this site(particularly),I've read many Bones FanFiction stories over the years. This has been both entertaing and enlightening.

Earlier this year(January 17th,2014)I completed reading "The Woman Who Broke." At the outset,this was/is a great story. Chapter 27(like the others) is filled with emotion and drama. Having a powerful storyline helps so much.

At it's true heart is Booth and Brennan's relationship. Whether as coworkers(catching criminals) or as lovers,this matters so much to them. Even with Brennan emotional/mental struggles(as the story unfolds),they know this deep down inside. You let see a deep and profound side to each of them. Especially with Brennan,this helps us understand them inside and out.

At the end of the story,Brennan has begun the path of healing(from what occured in "Aliens In A Spaceship.") Because of this,she has to make the painful choice to resign from the Jeffersonian. Evenso,despite this present sadness,there's a glimmer of hope for her future(particularly with Booth to love and support her efforts.)

Missbrat155,I'm wondering. Have you given thought to ever continuing this story(making it into a series?) Right now,Brennan is at a emotional/mental crossroads. What does she do/want to do with her life? How does Booth fit her new life now? What does the future really hold for both of them? Without committing to anything,do you have any thought(s)/insight as to where this story would/could go? These are a few of the questions I was wondering about.

Finally,I want you to know that you are a great writer. This story(among several) allows your creativity/talent(s) to shine through. Please keep on writing.

Having a powerful storyline helps keep us in suspense. At it's heart is Booth and Brennan's relationship(what matters to them the most.) Favorite line of the story so far?

"Booth." She said quietly, a tear rolling down her face. "I want Booth."

Oh my. Just wow. Love it :)

I read this from start to finish over the last couple of days and I enjoyed it until I reached the final chapter. It was really disappointing that Brennan's last few moments of the story were spent with Hodgins. I know Booth was there looking out for her like he always is, but it would have been nice if he played a more prominent role in the final chapter instead of just giving her a "reassuring smile."
