BenignViewer chapter 1 . 7/18 Evocative and beautiful prose. It's simple, just seven short vignettes of seven days, and yet this story absolutely is not. The depth of emotion never fully realized by the characters leaps off the page like a great beast of the sea beckoning to envelope the burgeoning, tragedy wrought, relationship; instead it swallowed me whole. Thank you for posting this. |
Nadesko chapter 1 . 6/18 ;-; |
Silverdancer chapter 1 . 3/28/2008 omfg. this is beautiful. BEAUTIFUL AND HEARTBREAKING. i especially like the last line, "With a sad smile he rid himself of dreams of her; of the forest, and her harsh touches, and in a gentle whisper murmured “Good morning,” to no one at all." It's incredibly wistful. Whimsical and sad, at the same time - very, very nice. |
IVIaedhros chapter 1 . 6/27/2007 Very thoughtful, certainly...I'm disappointed that these stories which capture so much in so little space receive almost no attention. Ah, well...such is FFN. You have my admiration as an author and appreciation as a reader. |
Paradoxos chapter 1 . 5/5/2007 Hm, very deep... *currently pondering* This is definitely one of those stories where you can't rush off to finish, and its meaning lurking in the background somewhere... Interesting. I especially loved how your descriptions were so different. Especially how "she wrote her secrets across his skin with a single touch". Nice little mental image there. GOOD JOB! |
Daemon hunter chapter 1 . 10/6/2006 This was quite the interesting story. I liked how sweet it all seemed only to take a bitter edge towards the end. The delivery of the last line in particular got to me. In short this was, like many of your other works, really quite excellent. |
Beeria chapter 1 . 10/4/2006 Aw that was cute and kinda sad at the end. Good though |
mystic-Hoshi chapter 1 . 10/3/2006 this is so beautifully written and put together. It's very hard to write a piece like this, and you did a good job. _ |
Omskivar chapter 1 . 10/3/2006 Woah. This is such a sweet and poignant fic. I love it. You should be very proud. |
