I'm not a huge fan of Static Shock, anymore. I haven't seen it in years. I actually had to reread some of this several times, just make sure I knew who was who in some parts (that's my fault, not yours). I actually found this fic because of a DA pic that was inspired by this story, and she linked it.
I was moved by this story. And I know this sounds silly, but I appreciate your real sentences and proper grammar. 3 But this actually reminds me of a couple of characters in my own story that have a similar relationship, and I've had an issue with how to deal with them. This has helped me get through that particular block. Thanks much. 3

Actually, I hate Harry/Ron... except in one or two "Holy crap that actually worked!" fics.

Virgil/Richie, however, they do work. There are hints and winks at the possibility, which would have probably been more blatant if it hadn't been scheduled for Saturday Morning Cartoons.

Of course, as one who graduated college with a BA in English Literature, I can turn almost any interaction in literature into a homosexual interaction... including an interaction between a guy and a girl... mind you it would be difficult to prove and would probably require a hell of a lot of fancy talk, but I could do it.

This is what I paid $120,000.00 for (before loans, scholarships, and grants). I've become a yaoi fan girl. Not quite true, but anyway onto the review of your story and not my dissertation on why your AN statement was not correct in my mind.

Hmmm... as for the fic... denial anyone?

It kind of ticks me off (at the characters, not at you, like that makes it better) that they talk about finding significant others without resolving their issues together.

It's a good story though... for all that I want to read more to see if they pull their heads out of their asses.

Awww. I felt so bad for Richie. I always feel my heart exploding when Virgil and Richie don't end up together. IT always kills me so much. I think I nearly die. It's a crazy adventure that happens to me internally.

Well, let em start off by saying that this made me cry like a baby. Seriously. part 2-3: THERE WASN'T A DRY EYE IN THE HOUSE.

I feel for Richie, especially since this is prolly how it would work out between them.

I also like hoe close you hit to home by accurately describing what its like to be a homosexual teen. I could totally see and relate to hoe Richie felt.

all in all, this was a great read! well written, entertaining, and void of spelling errors. fantastic job!
