I really like your setup about how it goes along with the poem!

..There's just one word to describe this..
I can't say it's sad, I can't say it's meaningful... those just don't fit.
All I can say that is most definitely the most beautiful thing I have ever read.

If I were to recommend this story to my friends, I would say this:

"It's a very tragic story, but beautiful non the less. I highly recommend you read it, and also bring tissues... LOTS of tissues..."

I honestly don't even know how I'm typing right now. I feel like I shouldn't even be able to move after reading this... I feel like my brain's going to explode. I can't recall a single time when a fanfiction has made me feel this strongly. This really tore me up inside...

Which is definitely a good thing. Seriously. Your writing is fantastic- so raw, so real... Terrific.

It's so painful to read this, heartache always follow a depressing and sad story, i like naruto, Sakura and sasuke part though. I think I can actually feel their bonds. Even though this isn't real it still hurt as much...

It is probably even sadder that Shikamaru is the story's narrator. I knew he would be the 't decide which is the saddest but I think I'll pick Chouji's as the most touching.

Without Ino, Shikamaru became a lot darker. I thought Chouji would hit him hard as well, but the second blow was worse it seemed. I really liked this.
