Guest chapter 10 . 9/19/2017 This was a fun story in a weird way, thank you. |
Ardeliah chapter 10 . 3/24/2015 I loved this story, thank you for writing it. |
clerical medical chapter 10 . 2/1/2012 I think that may be one of the grossest things I've ever read, but I enjoyed every moment of it! |
hajimebassaidai chapter 10 . 6/9/2010 Veering between funny and scary. A brilliant adventure with lots of different elements. I loved Carson's stunned reaction in turning up to rescue them to find Rodney tasering John! Carson's interactions with the marines were a lot of fun as well. Enjoyed the friendship between John and Rodney being stretched to the limits as well. |
LostMyPen chapter 10 . 6/20/2008 Upon re-reading (a friend and I were talking about how disgusting leeches are, and it made me think about this story), this fic is even better than I remember. Great premise, extremely entertaining. |
Ozlex chapter 10 . 11/10/2007 Fantastic disgustingness with the whole vomiting alien leech. I loved every minute of this story, very well written. |
Nomad1 chapter 10 . 10/25/2007 What a great story! A very fast-paced read, and nicely in-character too. I'm off to check out your other work. |
Obsessed Pam chapter 8 . 10/23/2007 Fate is not being kind to our Rodney. He gets hit by Shep, then poleaxed by Ronon and just when he thinks all is well and he's safe and sound, those horrid beasties get him. Is he going to suffer the same fate as John? Heaven forbid. Carson will never let it happen - we hope. Great tension in this chapter. |
Obsessed Pam chapter 7 . 10/23/2007 And I thought the first lot of leeches was horrific. Ew, Shep throwing up was a thing of nightmares. Good grief, I want to get rid of that image, but it is so vivid it is stuck there! And just when I was so impressed with Rodney's abilities in subduing Shep, Ronon comes along and looks as if he is going to negate all the good work. |
Obsessed Pam chapter 6 . 10/23/2007 Poor Zelenka; I felt like crying for him when, after all their hard work and hopes, it all went wrong and to cap it all, your description of Ronon was priceless! |
Obsessed Pam chapter 5 . 10/23/2007 Now I love it when the intrepid duo are snarky with each other, but being mean? Something is so off. Come on Caldwell, it isn't often you can save the day, but your presence is desperately needed. I somehow have my doubts about how successful they are going to be on their hunting adventure. |
Obsessed Pam chapter 4 . 10/23/2007 I'd be surprised if anyone joined the military after reading this story - very realistic. |
Obsessed Pam chapter 3 . 10/23/2007 Urgh! You had me practically crawlng out of my skin. If there is one thing I can't stand it is leeches. When I lived in Turkey, one of the managers of the company where I worked used leeches to suck his blood on a regular basis. He thought it was a good thing. And maybe it was. But when I saw those little things, it took all my will power not to scream blue murder. No doubt those were nice leeches. Something tells me Shep's leeches aren't! |
Obsessed Pam chapter 2 . 10/23/2007 I enjoyed the Teyla/Ronon moment when she is giving him a good beating. It isn't often we see Teyla show her emotions. Subtle, yet nicely done with Ronon doing the psycho-analysing. |
Obsessed Pam chapter 1 . 10/23/2007 On the whole I don't believe in hitting children (and yes, I do have two of my own) but honestly, my hand is itching to smack Rodney. I take my hat off to Shep to have restrained himself so well. Maybe, his self-control will fail in this story as we've been forewarned that there's a pyscho Shep. |
