Very nice pre-insane!Sephiroth fic.

I -finally- get around to it... Anyway! "And he vowed that he would never, ever do it again" is such a poignant line, of course. That definately pulled at my heart! I'm so glad I finally got to enjoy this.

This is a wonderful one shot. You take a single incident in a short space of time and show so much of a character. There was some nice hinting toward the future events of FF7 and I just have to say, that this is really well done, and was wonderful to read.

Love this, love the idea that Sephiroth was once an honourable person - before Jenova got to him.

Sephiroth has to be my all-time favorite bad guy in Final Fantasy. You did an amazing job on him. Congrats!

Well written! I quite enjoyed how you depicted Sephiroth here. As the story moved along, I could begin to feel the icy hardness of his personality. It's the small things in this story that impress me, the slow layering and forshadowing that I think really gives it it's flavor. Overall, an excellent peice of work.

Hey, Jules. I didn't realize you had put your fics on this site until I saw you on the favorite author list of a fan of Zelda fics. So I decided to come and check out your massive library of fanfics because you were and probably still are my favorite Zelda fanfic author.

Well, this was a good little fic. I enjoyed it a lot, considering Sephiroth is one of my favorite Final Fantasy villains of all time. It had a dark flavor to it, but was otherwise very enjoyable. I like the foreshadowing reference to the game you did with Sephiroth running that Wutai woman through with his Masamune; that was a pretty nice touch.

I'll probably read your other stuff later, seeing as I stayed up all night until 6:30 in the morning. But I do intend on finishing the Hero series, since I only got to read the first two when you were posting your fanfics on Nintendoland.

Oh, and if you even get around to reading this review, could you consider reading and reviewing the fanfics that I have on this site?

Fantastic. Just fantastic. Sephiroth's characterization here is... amazing, the way he can feel symphathy and mercy towards the woman and the injustice she suffered, and still punish the SOLDIER with such stunning harshness. And the little touches, like Sephiroth closing his eyes so they wouldn't glow - absolutely wonderful. One of the best fics I've read in a long time. I suggest you send it to .
