It was reallly great! Believe it or not, I read it by simply linking from a FF.N post, and didn't even notice the writer until I'd finished and thought , 'I *have* to review this - it's great!'

As ever you get the characters absolutely spot-on, both in their types and backgrounds, and their ages at that point in time. You always inhabit their world colorfully and drop me right in there, especially with banter between the Rogues.

Really nice to come across a little treat like this - made me grin :D

A great story. Very funny.

I read this story two years ago - when I was still too shy to make any reviews - and it has been one of my absolute favourites ever since! It's so adoringly simple (in the best sense of the word), hilariously funny and young Luke is nailed perfectly with all his faults and charm! I just love the banter between the Rogues - and the rising respect and affection they feel for their commander.

A short story can't get much better than this!
