I'm sure someone has told you this but At LA is not an anime it is a cartoon inspired my anime that is why it does not have any of the "anime cliches" and god I know what those are but over all pretty funny ish kinda makes me giggle to know people need to me told these thing when It feels like to me common sense

hey there just discovered this and gods it is funny, i'm not a fan of slash myself at least not in great quantity as a lot of it destroys the cannon character and decharacterises them, that said I love character torture and love how in character you've made the gang, to the point of i'm considering looking at other stories :) kudos to you, I know its been years since you last updated this story but if you are still writing this and plan on continuing I would adore it, particularly if after the sue bending you could take on the biggest one for sue potential, namely the avatar, I've been planning to write a avatar fic but I do not want my Avatar to become a Suetar and this is one of the most entertaining fics I've read that deals with Mary sues, anyway even if you're done with this story is ok and i'd like to say thanks for all the laughter and avatar writing tips you have imparted thus far with this story :)

Has anyone ever done Rubber-bending? I had a Xman Marysue who bent rubber in one of my very first bad attempts at fanfics. (oh, over a decade ago... wow.) I was convinced she was an Original Idea until Rubberman joined the Justice League.

Sara: Thgouh I do have an explanation for shadow and light bending. Just like the elements in the show, Shadow and Light are elements also. Thus there needs to be balance, just like fire and water and earth and air, there needs to be balance in the world for things to live. Yes there is also lightning and metal bending, but if you notice their oppisites and thus they balance each other out just like with the more popular elements, so why shouldn't there be shadow and light benders.

LOL, I was just cruising a little, and THIS found its way onto my monitor. I just keep cracking up.

I really like fics where they speak about how to write randomness and stuff like that, but there's so much parody done, and all of it is with an OC, that's a marysue herself, I've almost given up.

I have my own OC, and, good thing, she seems to follow most of the guidelines for a non-marysue. (And I think the word garysue is pretty retarded, also)

Although with the appearance, thing, I was having a little trouble, you talked about how people from different nations looked a certain way, my OC is a firebender, she has black hair a pale skin, but she has blue eyes. I designed her as a waterbender originally, but then I decided it didn't fit her quite right, so I made her into a firebender, but the blue eyes just kind of stayed after I redesigned. I really hope that's not suicide or anything.

Oh, and Bato does have blue eyes. i don't think anyone in the Water Tribe has brown eyes, brown eyes have more pigment in them than blue eyes.

Er, that was random, but it is the only difference.

Oh, one more thing: most Fire Nation people have brown eyes, it seems just the nobles and peeps have goldish ones.

I really enjoyed the chapter two sidenote on Song's hair... I thought I was the only one (Koreans nonwithstanding of course) Who recognized that. I'm obsessed with cultural and historical accuracy...My nerd is showing... So far this is a pretty good guide, I've stumbled across many and anti sue guide and yours is the only one that managed to use actual characters from the show without completely lampooning them.

Have I ever reviewed this story? I read this a LONG time ago, and I was so happy when I found it again a few weeks ago. Who knew I had so many old, old, old favorites on my mom's laptop? Anyway, I know you're pro'lly not gonna read this or write anymore, since it's been almost two years since your last update, but I just wanna say that this is one of the most hilarious stories I've read. Love it lots!
