I liked the way the story begin. It poses several interesting questions, like what happened to Jarod, or who took Miss Parker. The characters are also well written. The only thing wrong so far is the usage of verbs: some sentences mix present and past perfect, which can be confusing sometimes.

A more thorough review will be given at the last chapter.

I liked the story from beginning till end.

If I have to give critism...some of your chapters was something difficult to read. I think the reason was because you jumped between different places, people and scenarios in a single chapter which sometimes confused me.

I've enjoyed this story very much. It's been a great read with well-defined characters, an interesting story and great dialogue.

Saying all that, I have to admit to being slightly disappointed with the ending - it doesn't feel complete to me. I can understand you wanting to leave an "open ended" story - but this feels a little too open ! It would be nice if you could maybe write a short epilogue - set in the future - giving details of things like J's recovery, what happened with MP/J, Sydney, etc. At the end of the day though, it's your story - you must do what feels right for you...

i could be persuaded to read sequel. This chapter wasa a bit zany, jumping from scene to scene but it was a good ending .. Let a bit untiold so a sequel wouldn't hurt. Either way you've got my vote

I know you've read some of my stories, so I'm sure you are aware that I'm one of the few people who enjoys both writing -and reading - open-ended stories. I like that you left the reader to decide for themselves if Lyle was, indeed, dead. You told us that Jarod and his family get away safely - whether J and MP actually get together, romatically, is also something I've been known to let the reader decide.

I can tell you, from experience, though, that it doesn't go over very well ;-P

Does this story need an epilogue? I'm sure your fans would be ecstatic if you wrote something that tied all the loose ends up. If it actually ends up being a multi-chaptered sequel - even better.

Whatever your decision, know that this was a terrific story and I enjoyed it a great deal. Thanks for sharing!

I just started reading the story this weekend and it so rich and complex. i hlove the plot and how u weave in the characters, i can't wait for a sequel we all know that nobody really dies in regards to the center can't wait to see what u come up with.
