Ron, who played well in one game, should be Quidditch captain? He has zero leadership skills and isn't a good player. Why? Let Harry play Quidditch. It's his favorite thing and it is not fair to him.

I don't really get why Arthur, who has nothing to do with law enforcement, is questioning the witnesses and then promoted to the head of the DMLE. Dumbledore goes behind Harry's back and organizes Harry's friends without talking to Harry about it. How is this any different from what he did the year before? Harry should have been the one testifying, not Hermione. She's talking about what happened to someone else.
