Aw, I liked this chapter the most. I'm a big fan of Lina/Amelia friendship fics.

Aw, this was a really sweet fic. One thing I really liked about it is you got to see chars who don't usually interact with each other on their own (ex: Gourry and Xellos) well, interact, for lack of a different word (lost my stupid thesauraus). I really liked this! *faves*

Alandra: I don't belive it! how could we have missed this chapter?

Sunny: it was a magnifisent work, too bad it came to an end.

Alandra: and when ever Lina and Gourry are togheter, they will feel like at home, as long as they don't eat all the food.

Ramon: I'm suprised that Gourry never said anything about now being togheter with Lina now that he doesn't have the sword of light anymore.

Sunny: who cares, In Next Gourry didnt have the sword but Lina wanted to continue traveling with him

...okay. Great ending, though. Although I'm NEVER satisifed with the ending of anything, it was still a great ending. I'm sad that it's over, though. No more happy Fond farwell alert notes in my inbox... sniff...

Hm... All in all, I'd hafta say that my favorite chapter was the AZ one (no surprise). But this LG one was great too; delicious fluffies... bweh heh heh

It always seems like a great letdown when the group all goes their separate ways, yet I would think that Lina and Gourry would be glad for the alone time. If nothing else, it gives them the chance to have sweet moments between each other without an audience to comment on it. This felt very natural. And you're right! The story never truly ends so long as we have the imagination to explore what the future could hold. As it is, this was such a great read! I am so glad I got brave and gave this story a read when you first started posting it. (And one of these days when I remember, you're going on my favorites list!)

Absolutely the best written, well thought-out, and sensitive of your chapters! Actually, all your chapters show a lot of love for and thought about the Slayers characters that goes beyond the fanfic stereotypes.

That was definitely worth the wait. I'm so glad you didn't stick to the 'tried but true and oh so repetitive' path that A/Z parting scenes usually go. This is making me smile and all those other things that make me happy to see Amelia and Zelgadis together. Also, I am so glad you didn't make them kiss! I think it would have really changed the mood of the scene (since technically neither is completely attached to the other, although they obviously care a great deal for each other). Hugging is always a safe option, even for someone like Zelgadis that isn't into the touchy-feely aspect of a relationship.

I could gush all night. Thanks for making my night even better! I really have enjoyed reading this. I'm sad that it's just about to end...

Yay! I :Heart: you! These are really good and they've been keeping me entertained as I've been at home all day with Strep Throat and a virus...ugh. But anyways I'm glad you've updated so much since the last time I was on and I'm going on to read more in just a second. Don't second guess your writing... it's good. Now, I'm not putting your name in for the Nobel Prize in literature but you write well and with a good sense to what is too much. In other words you don't over do it! SO, excellent job and keep up the good work!

Grr...you made me sign in, but oh well...when I read THIS chapter it was kinda hard to resist reviewing XD as soon as I read this:

“That’s quite alright, I believe we’ve reached an understanding.” He replied hastily, looking slightly green. “I should go then, farewell.” A thought struck him and he added cryptically; “Although it is a shame…”

“What is?”

“I was quite enjoying the show before.” He said, eyeing her somewhat loose robes. “Perhaps you would finish before I leave? Fi-chan?”

“NAMAGOMI!”

Xellos grinned smugly as she lunged for him and teleported out of the room. Good to know he could still push her over the edge. Although, admittedly, he rather liked the polite Filia.

And he would miss the show.

XD Now THAT cracked me up just as it peaked my interest! I can't wait for more...XD

I don't think Filia was OOC. Her character arc in Try was also somewhat about her getting more mature, and when I remember her and Xellos' last words to each other in the series ("That's the Filia I know!" etc.) this scene blended in quite well.
