How many times are going to be reminded with the Phrase "her lover" when describing Chase? We get it, her other-half died and she is broken about it. Its like the least involved plot point yet you keep bring it up.

I don't hate this story, just find the grammatical structure strange along with your points of view switching when people talk. Also, I am wondering when that point of the title will come into effect, as you have some strange robo-fraternizing with Arcee here, which is completely disrespectful to her "dead lover" and her memory after died to the invaders.
