Who did make the golem? Who had Harry murdered and Ginny accused? Was it Fudge or one of the DE's working for Voldemort to completely destroy morale in wizarding Britain? Was it Dumbledore to get rid of competition and then defeat Voldemort in order to stay in power as the "greatest wizard"? Is there another player in the game and who will find out all the answers?

And there the Ministry For the Dumb as a bag of hammers goes again. They didn't learn from Sirius nor Harry. It's most likely Fudge needing to be seen doing something again that they've arrested Ginny this time. And you can bet you immortal soul that once again Dumbewhore will sit on his hands claiming to be TRYING to free Ginny yet somehow fail. Dumblewhore is nothing but a fraud.

Among the opening sentences:
Minister Fudge had this comment(,)"I will not rest until the monster who end(ed) this young girl('s) life is found and sentence(d) to Azkaban for the remaining(remainder) of his life."

That one sentence was SO BADLY written, I almost stopped reading right there!

I don't know where you were planning to take this story: maybe getting Ginny to escape the UK was as far as your muse had led you. But if you ever decide to continue this story, I will definitely read it.

This was a great start. Pity it was never completed. I want to know how ans why harry died! I also want to know what happened to Ginny after the trial.

In chapter 1 her name was Virginia. In chapter 3 her name is Ginevra. So which is it?
She cannot have both names and canon says it is Ginevra!
