lapaxlove chapter 1 . 8/14/2013 Good job in this,I liked the fighting scene between the two. And the beginning when she relives her past memories scene |
Melody Lynn Kamiya chapter 1 . 6/25/2012 I really liked it |
Chibi-Chichan chapter 1 . 1/13/2009 Beautifully written and very in character! I loved every bit of this story! |
Loserfish chapter 1 . 12/23/2008 I love how subtle you made their relationship, which is the way I imagined it. While fluff is nice, sometimes a nice quiet piece is the best and you did that well. It was really sweet. :] |
Alatril Carnesr chapter 1 . 7/10/2008 Wow... I didn't think I'd like this pairing that much... but WOW! Good story! |
Illusion of the Mirror chapter 1 . 2/7/2008 Wow...I was looking through the older Vintifs and I rediscovered this fic. This was the first one I had ever read and was one of my favorites. |
MadBrilliant1880 chapter 1 . 6/22/2007 LOVELY |
Roses All Over chapter 1 . 5/10/2006 Great job! I really liked this story! |
Cal reflector chapter 1 . 8/23/2005 FANTASTIC! I have read many a Vincent-Tifa story- thelittletree, Jess Angel, and other author's- and I continue to count my blessings for the fact that so many excellent writers enjoy this pairing. I enjoy this pairing as well, but then, I am not an excellent writer, but one in the making... I hope. I particularly enjoyed how you slipped Vicent right into the fury of Tifa's shadow boxing and her ensuing reaction. It is entirely in character and does great justice to them both. |
celeste chapter 1 . 7/9/2005 If this was the hardest thing to write, your hard work paid off! Excellent job portraying two of my favorite characters. I love how you had so much insight into Tifa's character. |
Malachite Aoi chapter 1 . 6/16/2005 This was a beautiful piece of writing. It was very eloquent and gave the whole fic an ambiance of elegance. I liked the way the subtlety occured, it wasn't too strong in the themes it was trying to convey, and yet didn't let anything get lost in translation either. Great job |
Kitten Kisses chapter 1 . 4/24/2005 I adore your writing style. I'm so jealous! Anyway, to quote... ' father to care for, and she doesn’t want a fumbling schoolboy anyways.' "Anyways" should never, ever be used, ever. I don't know if that was a typo or not, but I was shocked to see that word in your writing! It makes everything sounds childish, which might have been your intention, seeing as how Tifa is the one to think it- and she isn't that old at that part in the story. I've always loved the 'only in her/his imagination' scenes, or stories. They're sort-of like the 'gone crazy or insane' fics, but not quite as harsh, or...well, insane, really. Vincent has always been a favorite character of mine- always paired with Yuffie in my mind, but his interaction with Tifa is just lovely in this. I did enjoy their little conversation mentioning 'the thing you least expect to hurt you is the most dangerous of all'. Quite true in the real-world, at least, with what Earth has become lately, ya know? I loved how you put Yuffie in there, since I've loved that gal from the moment she appeared stealing materia (And all that fun stuff). Quite the lovely piece of writing, if I do say so myself. If I could only write HALF as good as you do, I'd be insanely proud of myself. ) Your titles are always interesting, as well. Does it take you a long time to come up with them? I especially liked the title for this- quite unique! Hugs, -KK |
FenixPhoenix chapter 1 . 4/22/2005 Great story. I have nothing to add to it. I think that you are a great writer, keep up the good work! |
SilverLocke980 chapter 1 . 4/19/2005 Hey, Sabe. Just popped over to say that I've read both your stories, and am sending an e-mail with my reviews. For now, just know this: I LOVE THIS STORY. Blood and Old Lace may be the greatest Vin/Tif one-shot I've ever read, my own included. Wonderful. Your Friend, -Silverlocke980 |
LKrieger chapter 1 . 4/3/2005 How magnificently you harnessed the power of writing in the present—what a difficult thing to do! And the vignette was equeally beautiful. What a wonderful blend of words, you truly have and art to share. |
