What the kriff happened to this story? It as so good; I really liked it! Why was it never finished?... no updates since 2008. Surely that was not the end!

This is great story, and quite well-written. :)

I loved reading this chapter on tf.n and I love reading it again, now. Amazing how you have managed to sustain all the wonderful elements from the beginning and all the way through.

Character, intricate and still mysterious plot, ACTION! humor, the works.

There has to be more, no? It doesn't just end here, does it ... ?

oh no! you can't stop there! the stones are related to the reason why obi-wan and Eiva are immune to the SIB2x virus right? so I can foresee tying of loose-ends and the happy ending that is close at hand, but still, I'd much prefer it if I could read it in your creative prose. you're a great story teller and this is a wonderful story. the plot was well thought out and well written, not overly descriptive but not too skeletal and formulaic. I especially like how you write the relationship between Obi-wan and Qui-Gon.

I've only read a few of the Jedi Apprentice series novels, but I always enjoy reading about the Master-Padawan adventures of these two. However, whenever I look for more to read about them on , many authors on this site tend to over-exaggerate the bond/relationship between the two to the point of mushy, un-jedi-like sentimentalism with talking/crying/hurt-comfort through the bond, etc. A little too "teenage angst", and often too slashy for me (I'm not into slash unless it is unequivocally canon).

You write their developing relationship just how the canon (if you can call the JA series that) would tell it. I love it!

Well done, props to you for this great story, it's been fun to read. I would really like to finish it too!

I'm not exerting pressure, just encouragement, that when you have the time and creative energy, think of this story. Perhaps reread some of the JA novels to get the creative jedi juices flowing, haha.

Oh, I like that. Brilliant Jedi compassion, and linking it to Obi-Wan's own rashness.

Very good atmospheric chapter. I like Yoda showing his age when he's angry, actually you are right, he does. And the description of meditating on the Force. There was a deficiency of commas in the last sentance.

It was a bit hard to tell what Yoda was getting at. So he was saying: 'We sould forbid Obi-Wan to go, to see if he is obedint?' Or something?

Oh, that was clever. We always hear of Qui-Gon defying the council, but I've never heard of or imagined any actual incidents other than insisting on training Anakin. We know that he 'dared to follow where the Force lead him' this is an excellent example of what that might mean. Very emotional in a good way too. I suspect their troubles are far from over, though.

I'm glad to see you give Tahl a little attitude in this fic. Too many people write her as a dainty flower, nothing more than Qui's love muffin.

Hm... have we found a cure? This is a really intriguing story!

Is it just me or does that stone have a special power? Like the ability to ward off the disease? Correct me if I'm wrong XD
