tara chapter 17 . 8/31/2011
That was fantastic. I love how it felt like it was really about the characters from the movie. Great job.
turtlegirl42 chapter 17 . 5/30/2010
wow... most fanfiction doesn't blow my mind. but this-this went waaaay out of the ballpark! i could yammer for hours how amazing this story is, but i'll just say i absolutely loved the phantom of the opera theme. you actually made the fact that they were alive believable, and i loved that too. do you beta-read? if so, i have some stories i'd like you to help me with. if you're interested, that is. either way, i commend you on your extremely breathtaking writing. it moved me unlike few stories do. bravo! -turtlegirl42
Safirefly chapter 17 . 5/1/2010
This was a hauntingly romantic story, which truly plays on the heartstrings. Well done!
Pom Rania chapter 17 . 10/17/2009
It's so wonderful! I didn't cry - I haven't cried at a story since L died - but the penultimate chapter was heartbreaking and the last chapter made me smile.
BookRose chapter 17 . 12/22/2007
This has to be one of the sweetest, most heartbreaking and profound love stories I've ever run across. When you wrote this you made this couple one of my most favorite, just because their love is that deep, that unbreakable, unforgettable. And I'm so glad that you decided to end it like this. When I read the last chapter before you posted it, I thought I was going to die, it seemed so unfair, so wrong that two people who loved each other that much should have to die before fully discovering their love again. It would be nice to have you writing again, if you can, but with stories like this one already up, you can always go back and revisit a treat like this one.

NuttyFluffer chapter 17 . 2/19/2007
wow. this was so good! there were a couple awkard transitions and more than a little corny-ness (like Curt Connors saying 'Go to him, Rosie. He’s been hiding at your old building. Go, now.' Geez, I could just hear the violins playing in the background), and not nearly enough Spidey but hey, im too chicken to even put any of my stories up here. Honestly, a really great story. and an amazing story!
Warrior of winds chapter 5 . 12/5/2006
Wow, good job I look forward to your update.
tabbyforever chapter 17 . 5/26/2006
Wow...i started reading this story many many moons ago and have finally finished it. There is only one thing i can say...Wow! I was impressed from the beginning because i love the story of the phantom of the opera and applying it to these two character was a stroke of genius. As for the final two chapters they were very very impressive, the amount of work that must have gone into them, is amazing, you really must have done your homework.

I'm so glad you finnished this story because i've enjoyed it so much. Thankyou.

Jem.
disappearerSyani chapter 17 . 10/4/2005
What a rush. I've never read a fanfic so moving thought-provoking like this before. I did thought you were pushing the Phantom theme a bit, and an insight into what the actuators thought of it all would've been nice, but otherwise, a fastastic tale. Made me day.
Crystal chapter 17 . 9/23/2005
I would just like to complement you on how amazingly wonderful this story is. You area a brilliant writer and I honestly have never read a tale that so touched my soul as this cunningly wraught, and marvelously written story. Your talent for bringing emotions and characters to life is astounding, as for playing on the sympathies of your readers...well, I could not imagion anyone hating or even disliking Otto after this.
Ormspryde chapter 17 . 9/20/2005
This story is so very wonderful that I can hardly describe it. If you're not a pro, you need to be. I especially love the ties with POTO, which I had the great fortune to see in Her Majesty's Theatre in London and immediately fell in love with. And yes; you *are* an evil cliffhanging bitch! (and so am I, apparently)
Agent Silver chapter 17 . 9/14/2005
OMG! I didn't review? I thought I did? Anyway, you caught me there! I thought they were finished!

But, in the end, they were together after all. This fic has been so beautifully written, so sad...in some, no, most parts it made me cry. I'm so glad that Otto and Rosie were finally together, and this fic has been awesome with these Phantom-like elements. This fic has been a highlight for whatever day you update, and I still can't believe I didn't review before! Good luck on the fanfics to come, and this fanfic will definitely be unforgettable...
CalliopeMused chapter 17 . 9/10/2005
Wow. I had absolutely no idea. The twist at the end made everything turn out exactly perfect- the bittersweet ending that seemed intended gave the couple time together after their original deaths. This one gives them a future together, limited only by the psuedo-reality that you've created. Thanks for writing this story- it needed to be told.
anacsadder chapter 17 . 9/10/2005
Aw! How squishy! To tell you the truth, I wasn't thinking about Michael. I was thinking, "Damn you Spider-Man, why can't you leave them alone? You know how in love they are!"

Phew! It was an act. Now I don't have to get together a mob and hunt down the webslinger. At least not yet... ;}

So, I guess this means no "the Octopus" story? Or is Shot in the Dark that story? *pokes* Octopus... *giggle*

Penguin Peace!
BookRose chapter 16 . 9/3/2005
Oh no...please no! (sobs brokenheartedly) Rosie and Otto had just become my favorite couple! (wails and sobs some more)Oh please say there will be an alternate ending! or at least an epilogue, honoring them and the sacrifice they made for thier love. I'm still so sad. I never ever expected for them to die and never wanted that! It's modern-day Romeo and Juliet, except they aren't hormone-induced infatuated teens. Thier love is older, wiser, and purer, as well as unbreakable. I so wish they had lived!
