I got into the transformers fandom via the movies, so I'm not quite familiar yet with the G1 'verse. But story got me more fascinated!

I couldn't get all the names while reading, but it was a very interesting vantage point to see a moment in the Ark. I love those stories that tell us what's going on in their minds...;)

Cool story!

When I first read this, I couldn't remember who Steeljaw was (shame on me!). But you certain give a fine example of what it might be like inside Steeljaw's mind. It's a very calm piece of writing, one bot simply and listening and observing. I also enjoyed the slightly antsy feel to it-he was missing Blaster. I suppose it must be very uncomfortable for cassettes and their carrier to be apart. Even the Decepticon cassettes express a longing of sorts for Soundwave when he isn't there.

The names you, or rather, Steeljaw gives for each person he encounters are really interesting and spot on. I had a little trouble with He-With-Two-Names (I'm not all that familiar with Punch/Counterpunch) and I had a hard time placing They-who-thunder. But the others...they couldn't be for anyone else, especially He-who-is-nervous (Poor Red ).

It's a very well rounded, quiet window into a few minutes spent just watching the occupants of the Ark. Lovely job.

A million years late, but I'm reviewing anyways!

It's written so unusually, but it was fun trying to figure out who was who without looking at your legend. I think the only one I was totally clueless on was He-With-Two-Name, Punch/Counterpunch. He and She who-were-adopted (SpikeCarly) gave me a little trouble too. Anyways, it was really creative, I liked it a lot!

I like the way you have portrayed Steeljaw. How he talks, views himself and others. Thanks for the key at the end. I had most everone figured out, but needed help on a two.

I love the way Steeljaw talks. It was very entertaining. I couldn't guess most of the people though. I'm bad with that kind of stuff so whatever. It was fun anyway.

Interesting concept, and well-written out! It was fun to try and guess who was who (before getting to your 'key' at the end). Back-tracked a little while I read the fic, but finally figured most them all out. :3 Except for 'He-with-two-names' and 'He-who-is-apart'... n.n;; Very creative! :D
