Very nice story-especially in its characterization! It was obvious you labored long and hard to keep Heiji and Kazuha in character. I'd suggest making sure you have a clear conflict and resolution, or cause and effect, since this feels more like a narrative than a story. In other words, we see a realistic snapshot of a rainy, difficult afternoon for Heiji and Kazuha; but since Heiji only realized he was wrong, and didn't exactly admit that to Kazuha, it came across like he didn't really learn any lesson regarding their relationship. But still, thank you SO much for your restraint with the romance factor, because restraint is Heiji and Kazuha's trademark. Keep writing!
