Oh damn, I really feel sorry for Harry right now, I can't believe Dumbledore and the Weasleys all thought he was guilty! Some friends they are.
This was written beautifully, where there were very, very few spag errors. One suggestion I would make would be to use commas in the dialogue in place of full stops, eg "He'll be taken care of by tomorrow[,]" [h]e said dejectedly.
Hermione would have to be my favourite, where I love how she comforts him and has faith in him through to his release... hehe I wonder though if he really is sane. It will be interesting to see what he does next, and how he reacts to everyone else... I must say I am very intrigued. Well done!

Interesting story...not sure about the whole angel thing, but am guessing the intent was. To provide more back-story at some point...hope you pick this back up someday, there's good potential for something truly different and your writing style is good. Thanks for posting!
