Brilliant - thanks!

This is a brillant story! Beautifully written and everyone stayed in character. Not everyone can manage that.

On a side note: I found a few things. Apparently, sometimes the upload process can destroy a few spaces. I think that's happened to you in chapter 9.
Chapter 6: "Not to well." - too
Chapter 7: "shemight try toslap us like" - missing a few spaces.
Chapter 7: "Here. Drain the fuel from gas tank into these." - from the gas
Chapter 9: 'hepulled himself up' - missing a space
Chapter 9: 'quick prayer thatthe physicist's spine' - missing a space
Chapter 9: 'beads of perspiration dottedthe man's' - missing a space
Chapter 9: 'theirbloodless grip' - missing a space
Chapter 10: (intentional?) '"we left so no one would notice us gone." -we'd gone

Overall though, a fantastic storyline. I loved how they went on leave within Atlantis. Very practical and realistic to their situation.

I really enjoyed this story and yes, it was pretty funny. The end had me LOL. Loved the good whump in it too, of all 3 but especially Rodney. That was great. Loved their little adventure too. Thanks for sharing it.

What fun! I am going to go back and read these reviews that you suggested some "should really seek professional help" for.

I had two favorite parts:

1)“Okay then.” Hitting the panel beside the back hatch, Sheppard stood back and watched as the door smoothly slid open revealing the deep ocean depths. Light spilling out from the McKay, as well as the outdoor spots, lit up the area beautifully. “Oh, this is so cool.”

He steppedcautiously out onto the soft sandy bottom, subconsciously holding his breath as he reached the small cart and pushed it inside the ship. Shooting a glance up at the others on the other side of the shield, he grinned, “Piece of cake.”

I like this one because it is under the sea. Too bad the budget of SGA is not big enough to give us a little of that "Sea Hunt" look. Atlantis is so much more than Wraith and Michael. If they did more shows about Atlantis her self and the sea and planet it would jerk everything up a notch. Those writer guys...*shakes head sadly*...

And this one:

2) Beckett, Sheppard, and McKay remained silent a moment before they grinned and glanced at each other’s backsides.

“Is it gone?” Rodney breathed.

“Sheared clean off.” The major stood up, cracked his neck, and rocked on his heels.

“I don’t think I’ve had such a scoldin’ since my mother caught me spyin’ on the pretty girls next door when I was grown’ up. Are we sure Elizabeth isn’t Scottish?”

I like this one because it shows the broader relationship between Beckett, Mckay, and Sheppard. That is so very cool and funny. You write funny very well.

I love your writing. Thanks for doing it just for fun (and for me).

hahahaha my that was funny lol. Yes, I can imagine all that Elizabeth saw when they got back to Atlantis. Hey on the bright side they only got busted for a week; but have to keep behaving. Now imagine them having to clean out said sub? Ew I wouldna want that job!
