This is one of my all-time favorite stories! It was recommended by padfootsrevenger, and I absolutely love it! Your characters seem so real, and they interact so well. I have very seldom seen anyone that puts in so much detail. It was as if I were watching a movie in my mind's eye. Terrific work of writing!

Is it just me or Hermione in this fic a bit useless. Harry and her are so damn dense if I hit their heads against a rock, the rock would break.

i have found through hard won experience there's always a price to be paid for whatever gratifications you could want or need,whether it be the time put into them or pain extracted by doing the activity.
to get an ally out of Dumbledore there will be a price extracted,Harry will have to figure out if the cost is worth it though.

the blood wards are gone,that means any protections the Dursley's were getting are gone,if you were old moldypants what would you do to hurt harry?.

Personally I think its been long overdue for Ron to actually start truly growing up and not to try learning just enough to pass his courses. I do wonder just how long Ron will actually manage to hold in his anger, jealousy towards both Hermione and Harry...but also what is likely to happen when/and if he finally blows? How will Ginny react if and when she learns that Harry is dating Hermione...will she be as jealousy and angry as Ron is or not?

Will the TriWizard Tournament still take place...just how will the events be affected by the changes that Harry has been able to make so far? Who will Harry (and Hermione) invite to the dueling club...Neville, Luna, but who else? Will Harry be making any friends outside of Gryffindor apart from Luna from Ravenclaw? Just what do the rest of staff think of amazing change in Harry's academic performance? What does Severus truly think about Harry's increased performance in potions and in his other studies?

Given all what the future Harry has suffered and just how the future beyond looked its not at all surprising if he's a bit jaded. After all Harry might physically be 13yrs but mentally and possibly spiritually he's actually 15yrs...and that's even without adding the fully acquired knowledge he was given from both Lily and James.

I just hope that Dumbledore, doesn't start viewing Harry's obvious anger, distrust of him, and his improving academically as reasons to believe that Harr is going down the dark path? In someways this Harry almost has little in common with his best friend Ron simply because of what he's been through. I do wonder just how long Harry will remain single before he hooks up with someone? This Harry is just too jaded and experienced to settle for the young Ginny Weasley?

Utterely brilliant story...can't wait to read about Harry's experiences in potions with Severus and more about his run ins with certain Slytherins!

This is a good story so will it be updated or is it abandoned?
