Guest chapter 9 . 12/30/2015 Omg that, was awesome |
Jonas Grant chapter 9 . 6/24/2009 Nice story... Only thing I wonder is: Couldn't they just have unpinned the trailler and keept moving? |
Crazy Iemon chapter 1 . 7/16/2008 Dang, I remember reading this story on another site a long time ago I think). Whatever site it was, I didn't have an account to review so let me say this now- this is an awesome (and complete) story. The only problem is the fact that it just serves as a further reminder that the Starcraft section has kinda died from when this was first posted :( . Oh well- we can only wait for Starcraft 2 to (hopefully) revitalize it! |
Darje chapter 9 . 10/18/2006 Awesome! A very nice story! I would ask for a sequel, but I think this turned out well enough on its own xD! |
LaserMonkey chapter 9 . 5/11/2006 That was down right awesome. I've read a few SC fanflicks, but this is by far the best, kept me going till the end, had to finish it. Normaly I dont laugh when i just read a story, but this had me going a few times. i've read some good some bad, This one gets a 10-10 in my book! Keep up the good work! Laser Monkey |
Viin chapter 9 . 9/7/2005 HA! That was GREAT! |
Silver Ballet chapter 1 . 11/6/2004 Very good. The main character brings up a feel of a futuristic Holden Caulfield from Catcher in the Rye. |
Duriel von Abaddon chapter 3 . 10/7/2004 Nice, very nice, 10 outta 10. |
Talyn chapter 9 . 9/19/2004 Great story, man! I really enjoyed your interactions between the marines, and your last two chapters were great, too. Hope you end up writing more SC stuff, because you have a great turn of phrase that fits in with the SC universe really well. |
Guest chapter 9 . 9/17/2004 Absolutely loved this. I couldn't stop reading. P Btw, if you do make a sequel, make Walter Raleigh a scv. XD |
Proplayer chapter 9 . 9/16/2004 Kinda hard to believe it's finally all over. Loved it though. Really did. Seemed kinda anti-climatic the way it ended, I was expecting it to be even more drawn out after Derringer died, but then again, that's what sequels are for, right? I just wonder what kind of unit Raliegh would be... Anyway, it's another great story, and if it wasn't for the fact that not a lot of readers make it to the Starcraft section of this site, you would be sure to have like 100 reviews by now. But still, you've above 10 at least. I'm highly recommending this thing. |
Tylec Asroc chapter 9 . 9/15/2004 Just read the whole story in one sitting. Excellent. There's some real character in your narrative, all panicked and bug-eyed, and it truely feels like a first-hand account told off the top of your head. I've played Starcraft, but I've never read a story that dives into the culture and gossip of the Kohul Sector - the slang and little tidbits of offworld stories add some nice dimension to your story. |
CaptainRaspberry chapter 9 . 9/14/2004 Super. Fantastic! UTTERLY AMAZING! You're an excellent writer, Dr. Bross! The way you write your characters, how they interact... every day, I'd jump on Yahoo as soon as possible to check to see if you had updated. Another spectacular ending to another spectacular story! Well done. |
Maru2 chapter 9 . 9/13/2004 A brutal ending- did any of the advance wars end up with such a ... simple resolution of the main baddie? Raleigh's buddies miraculously appearing at the end *does* feel a wee bit contrived, but if it leads to more and better stories out in the chaos of the known galaxy, then I'm game. |
jaintn chapter 8 . 9/9/2004 Good stuff. It's refreshing to see an adventure story from the first person point of view. |
