Oh, this is lovely. A lot of authors depict Regulus' and Sirius' relationship as bad from the begining, but I never saw it like that. I always thought they were really close and everything, Sirius teasing and mocking Regulus, but in a fond sort of way- just like you said, making sure he was the only one who picked on him. you just... took the picture I had in my brain, and wrote it.

In two word, painfully beautiful.

Oh that was very good. I was trying to write something like this (if only for lack of finding any good Regulus stories), but you've done a much better job than I could've. It was a generally satisfying story, so I don't think there's much room for improvement. The spelling and everything seemed good and the first person point of view was well done. So, good on you.

And thanks so much for writing a Regulus fic. For some inexplicable reason, he's my new favorite character and there just aren't any stories about him. Sigh.
