This is incredible. I am lucky to have discovered you as a fanfiction author. It is so difficult to find great fanfictions let alone find any for a niche fandom. I have read your stories 10 years ago when my english wasn't the best (am german) but I couldn't restrain myself because I knew that they are something special. Now I find myself always returning to all of them and still loving them all if not even more because I can see how amazing, rare and incredible you are Scarlet and I I really hope this review reaches you even though it's long overdue. All the best and hoping that you still are or will be writing fanfictions.

Wow! I read this entire story from end-to-end, three times! It is absolutely fabulous, far better than the so-called official novelization. It really is based on the movie as it was screened, rather than an earlier version of the screenplay, as is so typical with movie novelizations.

Your characters are so vivid and lifelike, and you capture the emotions and angst of Peter as he struggles to come to terms with his extraordinary gifts, and to win M.J.'s heart.

I especially loved your scene in which, after MJ realizes that Peter is Spider-Man, she feels awful about calling him an "empty seat." She realizes not only that he loved her all along, but that he loved her so much that he was willing to let her go so that she would be safe from harm. Not even the movie was able to capture that feeling as well as you did.

I don't think I reviwed this one when I read it before...

Well I think it's even better than the first one! But that's probably because I liked the second film better than the first one anyway. It's still great and I love it. The ending line is perfect in my opinion, sets the tone for SM3 and sums up their relationship nicely. When Spider-man 3 comes out, (only 868 days to go!), I hope you plan on doing for the novelization for that as well.

If you don't mind and have the time, I'd appreaciate it if you could take a look at a couple of my stories and offer any constructive cristicsim- I'm really trying to improve my writing but I don't think it's changed much since I first started. It's as if I'm stuck, and, well, it's not very nice being stuck, really! Thanks very much!

This is just as good, if not better then the first one. You picked up on details that I missed...that the other, 'offical' novel missed, and that's great. Just one thing...you may have done this on puropse, but you left out the tiny bit of Otto sinking into the river, one tenticle still clamped onto the fusion reactor. It would have been ince if it were in this fic, but it still works with it out. Anywho...you did a fantastic job and I wish you luck in the future! :)

It perfectly fills the gaps the film didn't, and it perfectly transmits the characters' thoughts wich are so clearly expressed on their faces but I still missed the words - until now.
