That was good... I never really considered what he was thinking after being defeated. He is very proud, and such a failure probably would have been devastated.

I think your characterization of Shaoran is very good. He *would* be hard on himself- there was a lot of responsibility on him, being expected to become the Master of the Clow, that Sakura didn't have to deal with. But what I liked best is that you showed how fair he really is, how he does see that Sakura is special.
