I don't know if you still receive emails from this account, but I have always loved this fanfic. I added it to my favorites years and years ago but have re-read it today because I just finished watching FMA: Brotherhood. You are a brilliant writer. I love how you used succinct writing to convey so much depth and character perspective. I feel like this is so on the mark regarding Ed and Roy's personalities, and the love you create between them is so real! You have so much talent, and I hope you still write creatively!

Aw... That was just... I'm not really a big RoyEd fan, but that was really good! I like how it was mostly just Mustang and Hughes for a while, and trying to figure out the girls on Hughes' part - and then when the realization hit and Ed came in to demand "what else Mustang knew..." And Mustang's reaction was great. That long, long list - that not many people fit!

You have a very good handle on dialogue. Were these characters put in this situation (it is something Hughes would hare off on had he the time), I think this is exactly how and what they'd say. Hughes and Roy, at least. Ed's behavior had me all tangled up in the glaring and trembling, and nevermind what came out of his mouth. But I think that IS dialogue for him.

The last line is my favorite after Roy's shit moment, because really, what else is there left to do?
