That was awesome! I never really wondered about how the conversation between Grandpa and Jonouchi went but I bet this is pretty cool if not spot on. Awesome job! Also I really liked the reflection thing in the pool. That was so cool!

This is brilliant, it sounds exactly like Jonouchi and the details you've included such as his injuries and even just the lighting in the bottom of the pool makes this fanfic feel very realistic.

Good story

This was fabulous. A wonderful look at Jou's internal monologue at the turning point in his life. Such a small thing, a dive into a pool, and yet...

(grin) That was sweet. Very cool indeed. I liked all the references to water in the beginning, and the thing with his reflection was also quite original. A very good portrayal of Jou-kun; it made me smile :)

Cute. It's interesting to see this stage in Joey's transition from thug to Yugi's closest (corporeal at least) friend.

Wow! I don't know how I can put this into words...that story was so brillantly written. You left me speechless! I love how you portray Jonouchi in this story, you wrote him well and how he changed. I loved how you made him admit to Yugi's grandpa about picking on Yugi, that was good, I could see him doing that. I like how you see Jonouchi's side on how he decided that he was Yugi's friend. Very good! (gives round of applause!)

Wow. That was brilliant. I love how you showed a gradual change in Jou's character, and the inner dialogue was right on. Well written and very descriptive. This belongs on my favorite story list.

It's kind of funny, when I first saw your fiction my thoughts jumped about 160 chapters too far. I kinda thought this would be a story about the second time Jonouchi takes a dive, battle city. Then again I suppose this is a good place to start, like you said. Good luck on your future endeavours.
