A fantastic tale thus far. Always felt Genma was a prick for depriving his son of his mother every chance he got. For all that she seems to be willing to follow through with a contract made when Ranma was 2 (its on the wiki page) she is a wonderful mother and doesn't deserve what her husband constantly puts her through.

A shame this fic didn't get any further, the anime tropes where used a bit too much for my taste, but it was entertaining nonetheless.
At least it stopped at a nice point, I liked the last scene, it was pretty charming and made me smile.

This is a great fic, and I dearly hope that you will continue it. The world-building is awesome, the characters feel both true to canon (mostly, at least) and like they are progressing, gaining depth and detail.

Why does everyone have some kind of massive boner for bashing genma while glorifying Ranma's insane mother who is demonstrably quite willing to go through the seppuku pledge at the drop of a fucking feather? Do you retards(authors) have such terrible mother problems that 99% of fics involving Ranma's mother have her hand waving the seppuku pledge only for Ranma? Are you such horrible human beings you're willing to crucify genma for selling Ranma off to feed his stomach (basically nothing but larsenry) and crazy training methods compared to a crazy woman bent on filicide?

I think I remember why I abandoned this fic, Nodoka is so gratuitously out of character the author deserves to have his little 'fic' hung out to dry in the hall of OoC fail. Nodoka, Doesn't, have, VIOLENT, outbursts, despite EVERYTHING, she never so much as raises a hand against anyone other than her own flesh and blood (ranma).

Great story, you totally have most of the character personalities down perfectly. I love the scene with Kuno its just to perfect. Ranma seems a little to accepting of his mothers domination in his life. Nothing to bad it just seems like she is going around and deciding his life for him, though she is clearing away most of his troubles. I still have not seen her acceptance of his curse really either, it seems like it was pushed away and forgotten. It just doesn't feel quite the same without the usual chaos. Besides all of that, great story. Mad Props all around.
