Wow, that seems a bit big headed...I'm pretty sure I haven't made her the most beautiful, smartest, most clever, person. No one falls head over heals with her, she isn't the best at anything...in fact the only sue thing about her I think is a backstory and that actually ties into something later in the plot, so its not something just to make you feel for her. hmm...if people would only explain to me why they thought she was a sue!

You know, I'm not sure if my character is a mary sue or not. she isn't a perfect character or anything but I have got one or two people saying that. I would love if you could look over it. The first two chapters I admit look a little sueish but I don't think she is overall. It is called Eva Winters: Death Eaters Rising

Okay, if your the type of author that gets really sensitive about flamers and stuff, you'd better not read this. WARNING: This review is not a positive one. It will involve CRITISIM, so if you are one of these authors out on who can't handle critisim, then don't read.

Anyways, sorry but I really don't like this story. I don't like the fact that you added in Ron/Hermione conversation because it seems like Ron's just added there to argue with Hermione for the sake of comedy in this story, which is very little by the way. It's not really funny, the things they talk about aren't witty, and I just think it's pretty pointless. You haven't outlined nor stated your points or whatever your trying to say in this chapter about the plot, the introductory chapter of Hermione talking about how she's made to write this story is just plain boring. It seems like half of the intro is just her explaining why she's the narrator for this story, and the other half is just some annoyed comments and stuff to make it seem more like she's been forced to write it, which may actually go down well if it wasn't so rushed.

Overall I think you need to fix up a LOT of things in your fanfiction.

Well, I for one just want to say that I *love* your story/guide. I'm working up a character-list for a potential "Next Generation" fic, and found your suggestions useful and your parody hilarious. I already realize that since a Next Gen fic requires so many new characters, Mary Sueism is a real danger. And your plot pyramid idea is quite helpful, since I have the characters ready and many of their conflicts planned, but haven't yet found my "overarching" story. Many thanks for this story, Elly.
