Finally, not an entire chapter that's underlined...

How are they doing in 1996? Are they worried about harry or haven't they noticed that he's missing? I need to know

Hi there! i know the last update on this fic was literally more than ten years ago but I've absolutely loved your story and I felt I should at least try to reach out in case you still use this acct!

this was such a well written, thought out concept. you also gave a lot more background and actually built the relationship with modern Remus and harry which I feel is so so so underappreciated by fans and canon. he seems to be only important before the big characters like Sirius or James get there and then pushed to the side so thank you. I'm very glad that even when harry went to the past he felt closer to Remus and Lily than Sirius even though that was the one person he truly missed. his struggle to accept who James and Sirius were as kids was a lot like Lily's id imagine.

also I loved all the gifts he got and their significance. I wondered whether Sirius would have gotten Harry's gift yet when the DOM happened but it was such a bittersweet thing.. even to the end he cared so much for Harry. and the leather! haha I feel like young Sirius definitely needs to happen upon the leather trousers once lol that'll really get his imagination going. my mind's going a mile a minute thinking about all the trouble Sirius is in with James now that J knows Harry's his son and S likes him. him being so awkward about flirting or even coming anywhere near him when he so obviously wants to touch and be close must be so hard to handle. especially cos he doesn't want James to hate him when it sounds like he's really close to harry in the future. I can't imagine what it would be like when Sirius finds out what happened to him in his time... he's so youthful and happy here like harry noticed ):

finally... this might seem like a weird request but I mean it with the highest respect,, I don't suppose you have the rest of the story stored somewhere still do you? bc where you left off in the last update with the teaser for the next chapter made it seem like you had at least the next chunk of the story planned out and waiting to be written/edited. I guess what im trying to get at is, would it be possible for you to share it with me even if you have no intentions of coming back to the story on here? I absolutely loved it and it felt like it was just heating up to what would be a whole lot of angst and drama especially between Siri and harry and even if your copy is still a draft it would be much cherished by me.
