this was a terrific read. it really blew me away with the thoughtful and subtly beautiful use of language and just the way you brought across the scene and characters. extremely realistic and fitting portrayal of the characters and it was really well written. very moving and poignant and i certainly enjoyed reading every word of it. your writing skills are really good, do keep up with it!

that was great, I loved Jacj's monologue, 'bout the 3ft woman, 'such perfect little hands, and tiny little waist, she's one woman that would always look up to me'. That was great, I have no idea what inspired that tale, but it was great.

This story was WONDERFUL.

I cried at the first chapter, and thought I was ok when I got a hold of myself and stopped, but then I read the second chapter and started up all over again.
Wonderful description of Will by Norrington, and what Norrington's thoughts reveal of him show he's every bit as fine a man as he believes Will to be.
And Jack's chapter... it was this line, "A priceless gift … from an uncouth, ne'er-do-well pirate" that got me, especially whilst Jack was yapping about the short woman to distract from the amazingness of the gift.
And I loved that Norrington saw him there, and told Will and Elizabeth instead of turning him in! Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Thank you so much for this story.

wow, that was gorgeous. i loved the way you developed the characters... its so like they really are and incredibly beautiful at the same time. even norrington showed a good side i hadnt seen before but believe could be there. and will, elizabeth, and jack were stunning as always. i like the title too, and the plot is sufficient to allow the writing to shine. excellent job, and on my favorites list!
