If a Weasley had to be sacrificed, Ron was a better choice than Fred. Ron didn't seem like he'd have a great future, plus he & Hermione would never have made a success of their marriage. No matter what JKR wrote. Transplanting will go on my read again list. Thanks |
| stevem1 chapter 1 . 10/4 This is a sweet story of Harry/Hermione caring for Dudley’s daughter, Marigold. Dudley and his wife, Violet, seem to have been great people. I felt sad when they passed. Sadly, the senior Dursleys apparently never changed. Recommended. |

| Nanchih chapter 1 . 9/30 Good. Well done! I have seen other 'Dudley's daughter is a witch' stories, and most of them name her Marigold - or Daisy, Roisin or even Raisin, or Raven. But this is clearly one of the best! A healthy acceptance all around. Leaves it open whether Violet was a squib or both she and Dudley were. No clues about Violet's mother or father. Perhaps the Goblins should do a test, but it won't matter to Harry. |
