I was so excited when I saw this update. It was smart of the rangers to try and get to know each other since they're going to be working together. I'm excited to see where Alice's story goes.

Cool chapter, and it was really nice seeing them get to know each other. Honestly I can say each has been dealt a pretty bad hand, and given she's my character I know Miku is holding a few things back. Still wow...this reflects a number of school experiences for some of us probably. The suits are okay, but could possibly use a bit of a redesign to make them fit the theme of the team. Either way nice conclusion to the origins and looking forward to the character chapters.

We finally got a team officially with this chapter. I want to see how the team's dynamic gonna go as a team. It's good that you have had your personal life under control too. Looking forward to another chapter.

Right, took me a bit to find the time to sit down and review this but it was an interesting and different start here. Starting off with Blaine getting up and going from there with introducing the newest rangers to be, we got some good initial characterisation and hints to their background, some more subtle than others but I'm definitely interested in finding out more about them all. Miku is a bit of an unknown right now compared to the others but a bit of mystery is always fun. I can empathise with Abe and what he's going through since I have a fair few friends that are Bi who've gone through crap about their orientation so that part hit me there. Hamilton seems kinda like a sterotypical backwards town considering their attitudes if the high school kids are anything to go by, which caught me by surprised since it's in California and the state is pretty notorious for being progressive. But I can't say I know what high schools are like myself since I'm not from the US so for all I know it could be representative of the majority of schools. Either way though, it does sound like Hamilton isn't a very welcoming place from what you alluded to. This Freddy Oliver is a total ass though and I really hope he has no relation to a certain other Oliver we all know. JT seems like a pretty cool teacher but his name sounds familiar, maybe it's coincidence but I feel like I've heard it before. Another thing that surprised me but I liked was the pretty liberal sue of language, not something I'm used to seeing but the causal throwing in of swears and such give it kind of an unabashed realism that I liked. The lunchroom scene was interesting for a lot of things and definitely helped to get a better feel for the characters. At first I thought Blaine and freddy were going to end up throwing down but Blaine seems like more of a cunning guy than a hot headed one now. Interesting way to get them to come together naturally of their own accord though rather than shoving them together to kick the plot off quickly. Overall, I like this slower start to things since it gave us time to get a basic feel for the characters before things started to go downhill at the end here. I'm also getting the feeling that they're all outcasts in their own way and that's kind of a linking theme I'm seeing amongst them. While I was a little bummed that my OC didn't make it, I do take it as I could've done better on it but after reading this chapter, I'm also seeing how compared to the rangers here, mine doesn't fit into that social outcast bracket and there's a lot more potential with them all being like that to work off of each other and were the best picks to do that from what I've seen so far. So I'm happy with the choices and I look forward to seeing them in action. Take all the time for updates you need, I've been there too with work taking over my life but good luck in sorting everything out with moving and your other job, especially when everything's extra difficult right now. Anyway, looking forward to more!

The storyline is really good. The characters are quite interesting, and it will be quite fascinating to see how Blaine tries to make everyone work as a team. They are all quite spirited so it will be fun to watch.

This was awesome! I love the chemistry between the team as well as the differences. I can't wait to see them grow. I gotta say Miku and Alice are slowly becoming my faves! Will happily wait for the next chapter!

Hearing about some of the white rangers powers I kind of like Alice is the white ranger hehe.

I sense something brewing with Whitney and Blaine, yet also with Blaine and Abe. Also were you a glee fan? The name Blaine Evans just brings back my Blam shipping days.

That was well done, and yeah they're all going to be interesting. Though it's nice to see a return to elements. Can't definitely tell Miku is an incredibly curious new girl.

So it seems like destroyed reputations will be a recurring theme in this story. It's interesting that all the rangers are outcasts as opposed to them all conventionally popular with no real problems (you see that a lot in OC fics). Other than Miku (she didn't really do much) I felt everyone established themselves as a character and I got to see quickly their personalities. I wonder do Alice and Freddy have history?

This was a really good chapter. It had excellent word building, I felt like I went to their school, whenever they talked about something that happened in the past I felt like I was there to witness it. Well done. My favorite character so far is Jay, I'm surprised Freddy got some lines, I expected him to be a throwaway character, but now I'm wondering if he'll play a larger part in the story. Overall good job.
