Alright, this is certainly an interesting concept with plenty of fun possible paths to go down. My biggest problem would have to be that there's to much info dumping at the start of each chapter, if you could incorporate that information into the events properly then that would go a long way to helping this story (and you got pretty close to this with Mallory philosophy rambling with Sona) beyond that Mallory spent hardly any time as a Protoss before getting buffed (although I love femthulhu)

An exciting way the end the chapter. To me at least.

There is wayy too much contrast between the part of him that is the guy that got isekai'd and the Elder Race, Old One whatever the fuck he is now, with the arrogance he displays. The ways he disdains mortals and humans are evident of a habitual mind used to thinking that way in arrogance and yet he is sometimes still depicted as acting like a normal person with his Morpheus. This doesn't make too much sense to me. Either he changed because of the memories or he did not, this wishy-washy jumping between two different personalities is unfitting and does not really come over as too authentic.

Everything else is pleasant to read.

Fucking stupid

This man became an old one not an hour ago and he’s already doing the “things beyond your understanding” babble that the Great Old Ones do. This dude will go far in life (by whatever definition of “living” Great Ones fit in). Still tho, Mallory owe Hermes one, as a baby Old One that can only mean that Mallory will have to perform some task that will definitely injure his ego, and I can can confidently say that I can’t wait for that to happen. Everybody benefits from getting knocked down a notch, it keeps you grounded to reality. (What is defined as “reality” however, has been up to debate ever since you introduced Femthulhu into this.

Good story, very detailed, but weird. He is supposed to be paranoid, but he is stumbling around harder than Shiro as Orgasmo or whatever his DC villain name was. I can understand some stumbling at the start, but he is paranoid who follows the path of the pyramid, “reality is a illusion, the universe is a hologram, buy gold, bye.” He didn’t even trust his abilities fully at the start, yet believes the small chance of him being discovered is nil despite being in front of one of the eyes of the storms that is plot armor/main protagonists. With him being a “unique character,” there would be no doubt for him to be dragged in at the slightest hint of weakness and he practically already cursed about perfectly fitting the mold to be dragged kicking and screaming into the role. Although, if this is suppose to be a precursor to keep things interesting later on then I can understand. Although, please next time don’t let him do something so stupid, there is only so much idiotic actions one can create and concentrate in one area before it just turns it into something I feel like everyone including the writer (if reread later on) would give a dead fisheyes stare over. Some main character torture is mandatory, outright murder is not.

Interesting chat Mallory had with Sona, it was to be expected with them being intellectuals. Although Mallory is far more unorthodox in his case.

Hopefully Hermes doesn’t screw him over too bad but considering the fact he shares a title with Loki that remains to be seen.

Just binged this fic and I had a good read. This is certainly unique among other gamer fics with the gamer’s end goal and his look on life. Hope to see more as soon as you can.
