Later down on the road I would like to see Naruto have the Sharingan in both eyes but retain his blue eyes.

Also hope you won't take the kakashi path for naruto eye, and have kyuubi or naruto clan genetic make the sharingan perfectly integrated to the blonde body to activate and disable the eye at will without the flaws shown with kakashi.

Very interesting and I wonder if the kyubi will work with naruto and if they will have a working relationship and how much training Naruto will go through with being in Anubu before he'd be on missions with them.

Okay. Das good. The two chapters could have been fused in a nice whole but well, it's nothing important.
Naruto gained the Sharingan in a not completely impossible manner, so that is a point for you. :)
The scene with Itachi could have been more intense in the writing, though. As it is, it's a bit dry IMO.

Please tell me Danzo is going to be put to death. 'cause that's slap on the wrist given what he's just commited.
