Let's have initiation happen late cause right now he isn't exactly ready to fuck with any of the the big ass Grimms or huntsman that try to start trouble with him but with him grinding/mining for a good bit he would get materials to craft better gear to hopefully stand a chance. When he does get to a level where he can hold his own against them have him go through alot of random Grimm invasions, bandit raids and meetings with the RWBY cast just crazy shit. An encounter with Titan class Grimm like a wyvern or Leviathan would be cool and if you decide make new Titan Grimm all the better.
