Hey, maybe Fangs just has a thing for tall blondes... he IS a warm-blooded mammal, after all.

But, in all seriousness, I confess I was actually expecting Lucy to become jealous of the newfound bond between Lori and Fangs - like, thinking Lori was somehow "stealing" her own pet, and that wouldn't sit well with her. This turned out for the better, in more ways than one, and I'm glad to see all is well in spite of that bump in the road (which DID offer a nice touch of dramatic tension).

I'm both anxious and apprehensive to see what your other, "darker, creepier, bloodier," mild, downplayed Halloween-theme story will be, but I anticipate that it will still be another good read.

That was a nice little story. Never thought I'd see one involving Lori and Fangs but I'm glad there is now.
