I like the idea, but he got way too many powers way too quickly. You won't be able to keep everything in mind for the future and will leave a lot of it behind like every other writer does when they do this.

There's no problem with him getting OP in time, but he should earn it. This is just lazy.

I very much enjoyed this, granted I was hoping to see a Necromancer but the fact that Elemental Mage gave him quite a few abilities was nice (granted from the description of it maybe the class should have been called a Psyker). I very much enjoy OP type characters and to see how you handled it. Although I hope that others don't get super stats as that should only be in the realm of The Gamer or a very selective few.

Good chapter and all, but I found some of the stuff concerning Tokyo Ghoul a bit odd. I think the form the Kakuja takes is based off of genetics, the amount of control the user has, and their mindset. Just look at the difference between Kaneki's and Yamori's kakuja. I also believe that the ghouls have been around far longer than World War 2, but that is just a theory of mine.
