Very good start, I hope that goku keeps his tail, because super saiyan 4 is my favorite transformation, for the harem I hope that lunch and bulma are.

Personally I think there is a minimum power threshold required for transformation or the Saiyan's would have easily transformed sometimes under frieza's rule
But I think writer's liberty does give some leeway to change stuff
Also, I don't think killing tambourine makes Goku impure because he did not kill for pleasure, or for sport, he killed to avenge an innocent so technically he still is pure of heart
I mean he could ride nimbus in canon and he did kill tambourine and all in canon also
