I'm not going to comment on the story elements of this. To be honest it's unreadable. "He known his since they were little kids" "I'll ever become a hero" There are way too many errors in this within just the first few paragraphs. If you can't properly proof read your own writing then you should find someone to do it for you.

Awesome chapter although I'm kinda sad we get sane red lantern todoroki, it was nice seeing saint walker though. Honestly when it comes to stain he could be a yellow or red lantern since he has so much rage directed towards fake heroes and the hero society but the way he scared the heroes into freezing with just a look and shout makes him a pretty good candidate for a yellow lantern ring. Can't wait to see how this btoes.

OK, it's adorable the way you write Izuku and Ochako's relationship. It's very sweet and I love how they play off each other. Though, I cannot see Nezu being so manipulative. It just doesn't seem right. But, it's your story.
