Plus she has friends to console her and eat ice cream with. Meanwhile younger Draco just has to suck it up and deal with losing pieces of a relationship he wanted but doesn’t yet have. He has to settle for knowing Hermione used him AND being the rebound afterwards, and hope that eventually he will become Hermione’s preferred version of himself. That’s...bleak. |
