I'm in love with this story! I really enjoy reading Team Minato time travelling fics (I feel like I've read all of them on this site haha) and I definitely enjoyed your execution of the story. Adding the psuedo Sharingan is definitely a twist that I hadn't thought of before. And I definitely like the characterization. I was able to feel Kakashi's struggles of dealing with dead people being alive (the fear that all of it will be snatched away in an instance). My favorite scene was Plan G, where Obito and Rin fake dies because I felt that you captured his emotions so beautifully in that scene. And I enjoy his struggles with wanting to be close with them, while also balancing to make sure it's not too obvious that he's a completely different person.

As for joining the Root, nobody likes Danzo ahaha, so I'm excited to see the day that Kakashi decides to tear down the organization from inside out. Hopefully, he'll be able to save Tenzo from Root like he did in canon. That would make for a great reunion, especially judging from how you handled Kakashi's interactions with Gai thus far. I think the rekindling their friendship is really precious haha. Hopefully Gai eventually catches up in score to keep things interesting! I think it's worth noting that Rin's reaction to seeing Kakashi was hilarious and a nice touch of characterization for her.

What I find interesting is that Kakashi didn't confide in Minato about the time travel - I've read a couple where the time traveler confides and hopes for the best - but I think that's a testament of Kakashi's personality. He's not the type to ask for help and believes its his responsibility to shoulder the burden by himself (I think you've captured this part of his personality quite well). Well, Minato is a jonin after all, so I'm looking forward to the day Minato figures out what's going on/corners Kakashi into confessing. I do enjoy reading how he is slowly piecing it together (he already thought about the possibility that he's a different person!).

Nice touch on using familiar names for their fake names. :) I enjoyed the ending of this chapter; it made me laugh that they finally realized they were seeing his face all along. :O I could only imagine what their reactions are haha.

Keep up the good work! I'm excited to see what follows, especially with all of this buildup to the Kannabi Bridge mission (I imagine this is the endgame for the story?) I'm curious to find out whether Kakashi actually makes it back to his time in the end or if he remains in this world. Either way, I'm looking forward to it.

Yayy another update! I loved the race and poor Rin thinking she was late lmaoo. Gai and Kakashi's friendship is awesome, I'm glad you're putting work into it.
