Not sure how much of S3 is canon for this... if Adrien tried dating Kagami, Chat Blanc, Felix etc... as Adrien would know why Marinette would withhold the other Miraculous from the former help, since they are her former friends she can’t trust. Alix has to come round at some point to become Bunnix...
