| EKJohnson chapter 1 . 10/9/2019 This is really, REALLY good. Well written, perfectly paced, correct grammar and all that... Those things are unfortunately uncommon on this site, so thank you. I'd never really considered the many many other people the Snap would have killed because of half of ALL LIFE disappearing (though maybe I should've), and the whole idea is rather chilling. I mean, the concept of wiping out half of everybody in the first place is disturbingly wrong to say the least anyway, but... Thank you for pointing it out - the way you've written it is appropriately unsettling, but also thought-provoking. A very effective combination. I like your characterisation of Death too - she gives the whole story an interesting perspective. And I LOVE how you "fixed" things... I really wish that's how it actually went in the movies. But, alas, it did not... oh well, we can always pretend. That's what fanfiction's for, yeah? |

People usually have more than 2 children, but if there is no birth control available, such as when the birth control company can't survive half its employees being wiped out or it's shippers only half available, then people might have a lot more by default. My grandmother raised 11 children. I'm just saying. |
